The current model we have for staff management software offers mostly ad hoc Recruitment Standards, which are developed and applied by a handful of HR Managers and Recruiters. That model has proven itself to be very effective in many corporations during the pre-Globalization era and has led to prospering economies in many parts of the world. However, now dawns a new era of Globalization with a new set of opportunities and challenges. To adapt our current model, in order to deal with these new set of changes, we must aggregate and utilize the recruitment knowledge of global resources efficiently. This will involve a massive online coordinated effort by millions of hr managers, employers and recruiters (we’ll refer to those people as HR Expert from here on in) teaching and learning from each other a vast array of recruitment standards. To put the benefits of collecting such massive amounts of data from HR Experts in perspective, let us briefly take a look at some of the major benefits on a global level. We will have in our hands a globally standardized mechanism, with which we can advance global employment efficiency to a level more appropriate to the era we currently live in – Globalization.
